Thanks for the heads up on that one - I like George Clooney but I never understood how “Up in the Air” got nominated for 6 oscars - it was very mediocre, at best

We watched The Dig at the weekend. Not the one about the archeology as we don’t have Netflix. This was 2 hours of men digging for a body in a bog in Ireland. Most boring film I’ve watched for a long time.
I can recommend The Professor and the Madman. True story about how the Oxford English Dictionary came into being and desperately sad in places.

I’ve liked most of the hated films mentioned. My own entry is Captain Marvel. I usually enjoy the Marvel films, but that one was dead in the water for me.

Just wasted £15 renting Wonder Woman 1984 to watch with daughter and grandson. What a load of baloney! They're into those films in a big way but even they struggled to find any positives.

God yes! l love Christmas but these are so cheesy. l can't bear Martin Freeman either !

Amazon's "I Care A Lot" started off pretty well but then became so implausible in the 2nd hour that we were eyerolling/commenting. Sometimes that can be fun, but this one was disturbing and bad.
