Kennel nose - cream recommendation?

Helios returned from a couple of days at a kennel with a sore nose. He was happy there and I was regularly pupdated with videos and pictures. Anyway, he is very, very nosy and kept pushing his nose against the kennel wire. He now has a bit of a sore nose. Can anyone recommend a safe ointment I could apply to the marks? I don’t want to buy anything online in case it isn’t safe. Thank you

I used Sudacreme on my cats growt. Recommended by the vet.

By the way an overnight thin layer of this once a month on a lady face, will see you wake up with plumped up and pink, super skin. Learned that from Katy Price of all people, but she wasn't wrong. About to do it tonight thanks to central heating dry face.
