Not exactly because the purpose is to remove skin and the hair removal is a side benefit. That's why it needs a sharp single blade, rather than a multi-bladed razor/something with protection. It takes a bit of practice but feels amazing
I'm going to put that on my list of treats for myself for the coming year. It sounds different.

its good and its cheap if you do it yourself, which reminds me I need to find a new blade.

Hollywood Browzer, that's the one I've used.

I’ve never heard of this but doesn’t it make the hair stronger? The downy hairs on the face for example? I’d be scared that the blade would slip or gash my face.
